Anxious as the World was for the past few months, we were engaged in fighting the odds of passionately pursuing the dream of bringing the OD fraternity to India and ensuring that the Business and social environment is safe to conglomerate the wisest from across the Globe!!!!!
Given the indomitable spirit of India, we are delighted to host GODS2009 together with ; IODA and bring the 24 IODA conference to India, Indian School of Business, our Knowledge Partners and AODN (Asia OD Network), our Associate Partners.
IODA - a leading international body in the field of OD, having presence in around 40 countries, have conducted conferences consecutively in 23 different locations .That’s the IODA commitment to create a learning community in the field of OD- across Continents. Dr Ulla Nagel, President IODA and John Adams- our salute to you for enduring efforts and exemplary leadership.
Indian School of Business (ISB) has been the only Indian management institute which has been ranked 20th last year and 15th this year by the Financial Times Global MBA ranking. India’s pride- the ISB collaboration has been made possible with the dedicated focused efforts of Dr Prasad Kaipa, Executive Director, Centre for Leadership, Innovation & Change, ISB, who ensured that amidst his frequent flights across India & US, he achieved this fete in record time!!!!Prasad will truly help us to "ignite the genius within" us all.
GODS was initiated in India in 2006, and since then the encouragement received from AODN has been phenomenal. It has been whole heartedly supported by Shenyang University,2007 and Assumption University,2008, with a promising Conference at Philippines in 2010.

The most obvious theme to our mind, given that India was to be host; a land where East and West blend seamlessly to form a new body of knowledge that could be truly timeless!!!
India’s diversity and the complexities of her traditional practices mysteriously coupled with Contemporary outlook, ensures a lifetime learning experience- that’s spiritually elevating too!!!
A host of speakers from the Asian Sub- continent and a very special focus on strides made in the Indian OD spectrum will be some of the highlights, besides, the International experts who will share their thoughts on Indian soil, - they all be contributing to a historical compilation of OD knowledge that would be a reference for generations to come!!!
