Vasanthi Srinivasan (IIM - B)
Vasanthi Srinivasan is an Associate Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She is a member of the Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Fellow in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She was a Visiting Scholar at the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Nottingham University Business School on a British Council Scholarship. The website www.teachcsr.com , an outcome of the scholarship is intended to promote teaching in Business Ethics and CSR among faculty of business schools in India. She was an Executive Committee Member of the International Society of Business, Economics & Ethics (ISBEE) and is also on the Board of Directors of a few international not-for profit social and non-governmental organizations. She is a member of two working groups on “Corporate Social responsibility” and “Disability and employment” set up by the Confederation of Indian Industry in Bangalore.
She has published in several journals like the Journal of Risk and Insurance, Research and Practice in Human Resource Management and has a paper in the forthcoming issue of “International Journal of Human Resource Management”.

The Executive Committee manages the business affairs of the association under the guidance of the IODA president and also includes both the current and future Conference Chairs. IODA members elect the EC members for a 3 years term.
Conference Chairs are nominated by the Host country Conference Team and approved by the EC for a term of 3 years.
IODA President, Dr. Ulla Nagel, Germany
Dr. Ulla Nagel was raised in East Germany and is the founder (1992) and owner of IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner Company - Innovative HRD and Business Development. She has a diploma in Psychology (1980), a PhD in Industrial Psychology (1985) and post-graduated in Clinical Psychology and Psycho-therapy, Behavioral Training and Organization Development. Her company does a lot of research in industrial projects with companies like German Telekom, Airbus, Siemens and BMW etc. At this stage the main issues of her research and her consultations are health prevention and  
development of health resources in organizations .Therefore IPU cooperates closely with the Occupational Health and Safety Associations (governmental insurances) in Germany. The work is focused on supporting organizational learning to create a healthy work place culture and get ready for the “age of access”. She is a member of IODA since 1993 and served in its Executive Committee since 1999. She hosted the 16th IODA World Conference 2001 in Dresden, Germany.
IODA VP, Ben Arikpo, Nigeria  
Ben Arikpo is owner/manager of Akada Konsults (AK), an Organization Development (OD) and Capacity building Consultancy firm based in Lagos – Nigeria. Ben holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Calabar, were he lectured for six years before leaving to work with various international development agencies and donors. Ben is a Certified Organization Development Consultant and Chairs the Capacity Building for Organization Development in Africa (CODA), the continental training institute for OD.  
He has twenty years of work experience in development, training of trainers, facilitation and moderation, Organization Development Consulting, Institutional Development and Capacity Building consultancy with small medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs), non-government organizations (NGOs), multi-lateral and bilateral donor agencies (such as DFID, USAID, GTZ, CIDA, British Council, etc) and churches. Currently, he spends his time mentoring a team of OD Facilitators in Nigeria, coaching executives of SMMEs and NGOs as well as facilitating processes of institutionalization of these organizations. He makes his home in Lagos, Nigeria

Michelle has also worked as a researcher in a leadership development institute, a coordinator for the Trade and Industry Chamber of South Africa's primary formal
