Vasanthi Srinivasan is an Associate Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She is a member of the Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Fellow in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She was a Visiting Scholar at the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Nottingham University Business School on a British Council Scholarship. Dr. Ulla Nagel was raised in East Germany and is
the founder (1992) and owner of IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner
Company - Innovative HRD and Business Development.
She has a diploma in Psychology (1980), a PhD in Industrial Psychology
(1985) and post-graduated
in Clinical Psychology and Psycho-therapy,
Behavioral Training and Organization Development. Her company does
a lot of research in industrial
projects with companies like German Telekom,
Airbus, Siemens and BMW etc. At this stage the main issues of her
research and her consultations
are health prevention and
development of health resources in
organizations .Therefore IPU cooperates closely with the Occupational
Health and Safety Associations (governmental insurances) in Germany.
The work is focused on supporting organizational learning to create
a healthy work place culture and get ready for the “age of access”.
She is a member of IODA since 1993 and served in its Executive Committee
since 1999. She hosted the 16th IODA World Conference 2001 in Dresden,

Ben Arikpo is owner/manager of Akada Konsults (AK),
an Organization Development (OD) and Capacity
building Consultancy firm based in Lagos – Nigeria. Ben holds a Masters
Degree in Industrial Sociology from the
University of Calabar, were he lectured for six
years before leaving to work with various
international development agencies and

Michelle de Bruyn, is based in Cape Town and currently serves as the Managing Director of the South African office of Kaiser Associates Economic Development Practice. Her work focuses on projects in the Southern African region relating to economic policy, strategy, implementation planning and capacity building.
Michelle has also worked as a researcher in a leadership development institute, a coordinator for the Trade and Industry Chamber of South Africa's primary formal
stakeholder consultative structure - the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC) - and as an economic policy adviser in government.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Rhodes University and a Masters in Public and Development Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Dr. Lee-Hsing Lu, was born in Taiwan of a family rooted in Zhejiang,
China. He holds a B.S. in navigation from the National Taiwan Ocean
University, a M.S. in computer science from the University of Illinois
at Chicago, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedictine
University, Chicago. He has served as a consultant to cities and
organizations both in China and in the U.S. Dr. Lee-Hsing Lu is
a member of many management and organizational development organizations.
He has been an adjunct faculty member and guest lecturer at many
universities. He has given papers and published both articles and
books in the area of organizational development.
Most recently Dr. Lee-Hsing Lu has served as chair and organizer of the Global OD Summit, 2007 China. She conducted intercultural workshops to high tech companies and homebuilders in California and Arizona, as an Associate of Charis Intercultural Training Corp. She was also OD Adviser for Intel Technology Philippines, advising management on strategy development & execution, organization design, leadership and team development, succession planning and culture alignment. She designed and implemented HR account teams in the Philippines site’s business units, and co-facilitated the first OD session in Intel Shanghai, China. Within 9 months on the job, Mitsch was recognized with the Intel Business Group Human Resources Achievement Award for Strategic Business Partnering.
Before joining Intel, Mitsch co-founded Human Capital Asia, an HR outsourcing and consulting firm.
