Those who cancel before June 30, 2009, will receive a full refund minus a $50 / Rs. 2500 as handling fee. After June 30, those who cancel will receive no refund, but another person can be substituted on or before July 15, 2009. If the substitute person details are not sent before July 15th no refund or substitute name will be entertained as the organizing team would have made all arrangements for the participants.
